A project realized in collaboration with the architects Hervé Beaudouin and Laurent Engel. 

Imaging of the redevelopment of the Denfert-Rochereau island.

In the heart of the Pontreau-Colline Saint-André district, Place Denfert-Rochereau currently looks more like a car park than a green space. 

Its new special strength with this project? Its greening, to become a friendly and pleasant place where residents will enjoy strolling. 
This project is part of a process of renewal, development and modernization of the city of Niort.
